One of our Anniversary Coffees produced by the legendary Mierisch Family in Jinotega, Nicaragua.  Grown on their farm Finca Las Delicias, this Gesha variety coffee is carefully processed Anaerobically without oxygen as a natural in a walk-in refrigerator to slow the fermentation.  In the cup we get Sweet Lime, Milk Chocolate and Floral Black Tea Notes.
